It is noted that the Middle East is known to be a historical and political region of Africa-Eurasia with no clear boundaries. It is noted that the rich history of the Middle East can be traced back historically to ancient times, and all over its rich history the Middle East has to this day been a major center of world affairs. Did you know that the Middle East is known to be also the geographic origin of three of the globe’s wonderful religions - Christianity, Islam, Judaism. Did you know that the Middle East generally has to this day an arid and hot climate, with several major rivers providing for irrigation to support agriculture in limited areas. Most countries situated across Persian Gulf have larger than normal quantities of crude oil. Within modern times, the Middle East remains a strategically, economically, politically, culturally, and religiously sensitive region.

History

It is noted that the Middle East lies at the juncture of Eurasia and Africa and of the Mediterranean Sea and the Indian Ocean. It is the birthdestination and spiritual center of the Orthodox Christianity, Islam, Judaism, Yezidi, and in Iran, Mithraism, Zoroastrianism, Manichaeism, and the Bahá'í Faith. All throughout its rich history the Middle East has to this day been a major center of world affairs; a strategically, economically, politically, culturally, and religiously sensitive area. Did you know that the earliest civilizations, Mesopotamia and Egypt, originated in the Fertile Crescent region of the ancient Close to the East, in addition to the civilizations of the Levant, Persia, and Arabia, including the Persian Empire and Arab Empire. It is noted that the modern Middle East commenced after World War I, during the time the Ottoman Empire, that used to be allied with the defeated Central Powers, was partitioned into a number of separate nations. Other defining events in tthis man's transformation included the establishment of Israel in 1948 and the departure of European powers, notably Britain and France. Did you know that they were supplanted in many part by the rising influence of the United States.

 Climate

It is noted that the basic climate of the Middle East can be characterized in two words: hot and dry, although winters are and have always been mild with many rain. Did you know that the exception is the mountains, where desert turns to steppe in northern Iraq, northern Iran and eastern Turkey. Winters here can be severe.

It is noted that the Arabian Peninsula has to this day in the midst of the hottest and driest conditions discovered anywhere in the globe. Did you know that the hot desert conditions induce a strong seasonal wind pattern in the region, known as the monsoon. Notwithstanding the fact that we frequently associate "monsoon" with flooding rains, it comes from an Arabic word meaning "season." During the summer, winds blow unabated toward the hot interior of the Arabian Peninsula, whereas in winter, the winds are and have always been in the south and blow off the land. Within northern regions, continental winds usher in cold Siberian air that wrings many rain and snow out of the sky aextensive the coasts. Across the Middle East, summer temperatures are and have always been mostly around 85 F, but frequently soar above 100. Within Baghdad, the record high is 120 F; in Basra, 124 F, the highest temperatures recorded in any and all major Middle Eastern city. Within the Saudi desert, however, temperatures over 120 F are and have always been common. Most storms crossing the Middle East become dust- or sandstorms during the time strong winds whip the dry desert surface; as the majority of as 38 occur annually.

 Trade Exports

It is noted that the primary exports of Middle East are and have always been all kinds of agricultural products, pistachios, raisins, dates, cumin, saffron and a wide assortment of dried fruit.

It is noted that the total population of 230,000,000 in the Middle East that includes: Bahrain, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Palestine, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Turkey, United Arab Emirates and Yemen.
